Via Via Harganat is situated at half an hour drive or 20 km west of Murun, the provincial center of Hovsgol in the North of Mongolia. Two hours from Hovsgol Lake National Parc and 7 kms from Uushigiin Uver Deerstones, recently declared a world heritage site by Unesco.
Thousands of sheep and goats, hundreds of horses and cows, pass to drink from the pure water sources that come up from deep below the earth. Local herdsmen bring their animals to graze on the rich pastures of the Delger Murun river valley. Watch every action from our terrace above while having an eagle eye view! Maybe you even spot a herd of Bactrian camels in Autumn or Spring.
